Insightful!however wondering how you think about MSFT's dillema? - the Offic+ copilot combos offers a theoretic "chat interface", but copilot is really not a competitive AI-native product compared with Claude, chatgpt, etc.
I like the thesis on interface losing value. But I have doubts that it will 100% be worthless. I think many people are visual learners, I think that some level of interface still remains. I like the idea of middle ground - that is a smart interface driven by LLMs or the queries that you have. Where most of the work is done by the LLMs but you still see the items visually so interface becomes important.
Didn't expect this take on Aggregation Theory, but you've brilliantly articulated how LLMs are not just changing, but truly completing, the interface layer shift, making my dedicated Excel macros feel suddenly very vintage.
Nick, this is a wonderful analysis. !!!
